Refund policy
Black River Ranch takes great care in packaging and shipping healthy, viable dahlia tubers. However, we cannot guarantee tuber condition once they have left our care. If there are any concerns with incorrect variety or amounts of tupbers upon arrival, please contact blackriverranchwa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the tubers and packaging so we can assist with diagnosis and resolution.
After 24 hours from delivery, responsibility for the tubers fully transfers to the buyer, as handling and storage conditions are beyond our control.
Due to the nature of live plant material, Black River Ranch is unable to offer refunds for issues related to damage during shipping, improper or poor storage conditions, weather-related damage, rot occurring after planting, plant viruses, unsuitable field or soil conditions, neglect, or overall plant performance. These factors are beyond our control and can vary widely based on individual growing environments and care practices.
